For Detroit Renaissance junior Lawrence Thomas, an ESPNU 150 Watch List prospect, football season may be over. But his focus on next season has just begun. It means long hours in the weight room, among other things.
But the next year will also be a time for Thomas to weigh all of the offers he has received to play college football and ultimately select a school.
Spartan Tailgate sat down with Thomas to talk about what his plans are for getting his teammates prepared for next season. Thomas also ran down his extensive list of college offers and discussed what stands out about certain schools. He also touched on, among other things, his thoughts about Michigan State, what it feels like to see former Renaissance teammate Chris Norman get on the field for the Spartans as true freshman and how that influences him.
